The following questions are designed to highlight how your company engages employees, creates measurable impact, and builds sustainable partnerships. Please share your story in as much detail as possible. Your answers will help our judges understand the depth and reach of your impact.

Once you complete your 2026 Community Impact Awards application, please select your business size category and submit the required application fee below. Your payment must be received at the time of submission, and you will receive a confirmation email with next steps once payment is processed.
